- 2 Tbsp ground flax seeds
- 6 Tbsp water
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup cornmeal
- ¼ cup sugar
- ¾ tsp salt
- 4 tsp baking powder
- 1 cup almond milk
- ¼ cup canola oil
Steps
- Mix ground flax seeds and water in a saucepan. Bring to boil. Simmer until thickened.
- Whisk together flour, cornmeal, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Add flax mixture, soy milk, and canola oil. Mix until smooth.
- Grease baking sheet.
- Cook at 425 F for 20-52 min.
- Cool 10 min before serving.
