Ingredients
- 2 cups almond meal flour
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 2 teaspoons Ground cinnamon
- teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 cup Raisins
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 3 eggs
- 3 cups grated veggies (carrots, turnips, and zucchini are best)
- 6 tablespoons butter (melted)
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- 1/2 cup sweetener (maple syrup, molasses, or honey are best)
Instructions
- Oven at 350 degrees Farenheight
- Grease muffin tins like you mean it…these buggers like to stick
- Bake 25-30 minutes or until tops are beginning to crisp
