- cooked wild rice
- green chiles
- goat cheese
- optional: golden raisins
- optional: beans
Steps
- In a large cake pan, layer cooked wild rice (seasoned, optional golden raisins and beans), tons of roasted green chiles (I used Anaheims and poblanos), and heaps of goat cheese. Top with broken up tortilla chips and light grated cheese. Bake till done.
